Main Responsibilities: * Customer onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Information and documentation analysis. * Problem resolution. * Customer service. Requirements: * Final-semester student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Accounting, or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of SAP or Oracle (preferred). * Knowledge of Power BI (preferred). * Interest in information analysis and administrative/commercial processes. * Ability to work with attention to detail and information tracking. * Soft skills: effective communication, proactivity, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure.
