Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to participate in all stages of the rental process, support brokers, and maintain strong relationships with real estate advisors—resolving issues and proposing improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in all stages of the rental process 2. Accompany brokers and serve as the primary communication channel 3. Our mission is to eliminate market friction (e.g., guarantors) and place technology directly in the hands of real estate agents, offering credit and protection solutions that guarantee a Perfect Rental Experience. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Participate in all stages of the rental process, ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and closes successfully, managing a minimum of 100 transactions per month. * Accompany brokers in using the M1App * Serve as the primary communication channel between brokers and Morada Uno’s Operations team. Continuously collect feedback (voice of the customer) to relay internally and ensure the best experience during their tenancy. * Understand the portfolio and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advisors, delivering personalized support. * Resolve emerging issues, leveraging available tools (CRM, AI, etc.) * Consistently propose improvements. * Maintain organization, discipline, and timely follow-up to manage a high volume of rentals simultaneously. **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum experience in customer support roles * Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, demonstrating resilience and performance under pressure * Proactivity and initiative * Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively **What We Offer:** ***Competitive salary*** ***Private Medical Expense Insurance*** Send your CV to emiliano.hernandez@moradauno.com Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote-hybrid in Ciudad de México, CDMX
