**Sears is seeking a Maintenance Manager at Galerias Monterrey - Monterrey, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEARS GALERIAS MONTERREY IS SEEKING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed technical career or technological high school diploma in electricity, air conditioning, climate control, electromechanics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as supervisor of preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial establishments. * Knowledge of general maintenance in painting, plumbing, air conditioning, and electricity. * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. * Plan and coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities. * Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring proper training and availability of necessary tools and resources. * Administer and control the maintenance budget. * Conduct periodic inspections to monitor facility conditions. * Manage infrastructure to maintain optimal operating conditions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. * Coordinate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
