Interdepartmental collaboration for logistics management **INVENTORY ANALYST** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Warehouse Analyst responsible for ensuring proper control and management of warehouse operations, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and compliance with internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and validate control of goods inbound and outbound movements. * Perform documentary validation of warehouse movements. * Verify compliance with established internal controls and procedures. * Track cyclic inventories and stock reconciliations. * Identify, document, and report operational risks, deviations, and incidents. * Generate periodic reports on warehouse status and relevant findings. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper logistics management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Prior experience in warehouses, inventory, or logistics control. * Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon). **We Offer:** * Grocery vouchers. * Free cafeteria service. * In-kind grocery benefits. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities.
