We foster a culture that promotes the safety of our employees, contractors, and communities. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Responsible for maintaining systems, equipment, and components in operational areas in good working condition through preventive/predictive actions, identifying, proposing improvements, and providing solutions that mitigate corrective maintenance execution. * Diagnose and correct technical issues (electrical, automation, electronic, instrumentation, parameterization, and programming) affecting plant instruments and assets. * Resolve production line failures and propose improvements to existing systems. * Generate and manage inventory of critical spare parts for electrical, electronic, and automated equipment. * Implement departmental improvements based on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * PLC programming (Siemens), analysis and design of control circuits. * Installation and configuration of variable-speed drives (SEW, Yaskawa). * Knowledge of weighing systems (repair, installation, and calibration). * Ensure proper cleaning of work areas. * Comply with all standards, policies, Golden Rules, HOPS and TOPS relationships of HESQ according to the Yara Management System. **Profile** ----------- * Education: Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of Industrial Safety (HESQ). * Provide letters of recommendation, DC3, or credentials validating the specialty. **Additional Information** -------------------------- "As a global organization, we actively strive to reflect societal diversity.
