The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out various activities related to talent management, supporting the recruitment and hiring process within one of our facilities. This position is ideal for a dynamic and proactive professional seeking growth within a challenging professional environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** The main duties for this position include: * **Conducting interviews:** Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and suitability for available positions. * **Hiring follow-up:** Monitor the hiring process, ensuring each stage is executed efficiently and on time. * **Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports on the progress of recruitment processes and other relevant human resources management indicators. * **Personnel file preparation:** Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly ordered. * **Recruitment:** Implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with our clients’ requirements. * **Updating requirements:** Collaborate with agencies to continuously update profiles and requirements for open positions. * **Contract preparation:** Draft and review employment contracts in accordance with current labor legislation and company policies. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** At least 1 year of prior experience in similar roles or in the human resources field. * **Skills:** We seek a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with candidate engagement processes, onboarding procedures, and recruitment and selection. * **Attitude:** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer service. ### **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $12,000\.00 * **Statutory benefits:** Access to statutory benefits as stipulated by current labor regulations. * **Transportation:** Transportation assistance to ensure your mobility to our facilities. ### **We foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where every member has the opportunity to contribute to collective success.
