Job Summary: Botanicals Internacional seeks a responsible and detail-oriented Hygiene Inspector to ensure compliance with GMP, cleanliness, and safety in production areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with GMP, order, and cleanliness in process areas. 2. Validate operational and sanitary conditions in production processes. 3. Requirements * Technical degree in chemistry, biology, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in hygiene, quality, or production process areas. * Availability to work on-site at the plant. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Service-oriented attitude and process follow-up capability. * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Technical Knowledge * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Cleaning and sanitization processes. * Handling and control of cleaning and sanitization forms. * Basic safety and hygiene regulations. * Validation of sanitary conditions in production areas. * Handling of sanitized equipment, utensils, and containers. Responsibilities * Conduct plant walkthroughs to verify compliance with GMP, order, and cleanliness in process areas. * Verify proper completion of cleaning and sanitization forms for equipment and containers. * Follow up on washing and sanitization processes according to established procedures. * Validate operational conditions during production processes, transfers, and shift changes. * Monitor and identify the status of bulk materials, batches, and containers on production lines. * Verify correct use of PPE and sanitized materials. * Execute and follow up on the cleaning and disinfection plan in process areas. * Report identified incidents and follow up until resolution. * Promote compliance with company-established safety and hygiene standards.
