Development of employee incentive and training programs. **Job Requirements:** · University degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. · Experience in personnel administration. · Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, labor relations, and conflict resolution. · Experience in recruitment and operational/administrative staffing. · Proficiency with various recruitment platforms. · Payroll incident tracking. · Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Organized/Proactive · **Personal vehicle required** **Responsibilities:** · Posting job openings on employment portals and social media. · Screening resumes and conducting interviews. · Verifying candidate references. · Maintaining a candidate database. · Drafting and administering employment contracts and other related documents. · Supporting payroll and employee benefits administration. · Assisting in labor conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment**.** · Assembling and maintaining employee files. · Developing employee incentive programs**.** · Supporting the implementation of training programs.
