Opportunity for growth **Hearing Aid Mold Production Assistant** **Job Objective:** Support the manufacturing, finishing, and quality control of hearing aid molds, ensuring products meet established quality, precision, and delivery timeline standards. **Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing and assembly of hearing aid molds. * Polishing, detailing, and finishing of parts. * Handling of production materials and tools. * Visual inspection and quality control of finished molds. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of work area and tools. * Following technical instructions and manufacturing processes. * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school or high school diploma. * Desired experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or fine manual work (e.g., manicurist, dental assistant, crafts). * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Ability to work within production processes and objectives. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Basic familiarity with hand tools is desirable. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Quality focus. * Adaptability and quick learning. **We Offer:** * Salary of $11,000\.00 net * Bi-weekly payment via Santander * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Location:** Av.
