Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily gym operations. * Lead, motivate, and develop the coaching and staff team. * Implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention. * Ensure excellence standards in service, customer care, and operations. * Supervise all gym areas to ensure order, cleanliness, and optimal functionality. * Monitor commercial and growth targets. * Resolve incidents and ensure a premium experience for each member. Requirements * Prior experience in gym management, fitness, or customer service. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and service-oriented attitude. * Organization, responsibility, and results-driven focus. * Passion for fitness and wellness. * Flexible availability.
