Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook or Taqueria Grill Cook who can work effectively in a team and is eager to grow, performing pre-production, production, and cleaning tasks. We seek capable individuals with relevant job knowledge and a desire to grow with us. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Pre-production - Organize the workstation - Verify availability of all required ingredients - Chop vegetables and meats - Prepare suadero and necessary broths - Ensure readiness to handle peak demand at all times - Maintain accurate inventory control of assigned items - Always adhere strictly to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles **Production** - Prepare all menu items requested by customers—directly, via staff, or through digital applications—regardless of whether such items fall within your designated area; always demonstrate willingness to assist. **Cleaning** - Wash utensils and clean the work area daily; perform deep cleaning of the area periodically Opening and Closing Duties - Arrive 10 minutes before scheduled shift start time - Depart only after all tasks are completed and shutters are fully lowered **BENEFITS** Base Salary: $10,000 (paid weekly) Tips Monthly and quarterly bonuses Daily meals Uniforms (first set provided free of charge—double set; subsequent sets are charged, with full reimbursement upon departure, subject to condition) Rapid career advancement (performance evaluated jointly by manager and shift supervisor; final approval granted by partners) Statutory benefits (e.g., year-end bonus, annual vacation, etc.) **WORK LOCATIONS:** ***JARDINES DE LA MONTAÑA*** (5 minutes from Periférico, below Six Flags) ***OLIVAR DE LOS PADRES*** (Along Avenida Toluca, above Televisa San Ángel) ***NARVARTE PONIENTE*** (1 block from Metro Ethiopia, near) **REQUIREMENTS:** Reside near the work location Flexible availability Shift hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (1-hour meal break), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Interested candidates please send a WhatsApp message specifying position and preferred branch to 971\-142\-18\-38 (messages only, no calls).
