Processing and coordinating report preparation, ensuring timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Providing analytical support to managers on matters related to OLS activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Assisting more senior colleagues in conducting analysis to support financial, reporting, and accounting processes. \~ Contributing to the preparation of analyses and reports with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the data provided (e.g., profit and loss reports). \~ Supporting the timely and accurate preparation of reports containing relevant facts and figures for internal and external reporting. \~ Supporting the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Contributing to maintaining accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and providing support as needed in the general ledger. \~ Assisting country-level or BU-level finance projects. \~ Reporting technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators Internal customer satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analysis Customer satisfaction with service delivery and handling of specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs Work Experience \~ Leading and executing operational processes Skills \~ Understanding factors influencing value \~ Critical thinking \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Effective communication \~ Process optimization \~ Building effective teams \~ People development \~ Financial accounting \~ Financial and management reporting \~ Resource allocation Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
