Join our team in Puerto Vallarta to lead a 49-foot vessel. We offer: Salary: $30,000 MXN per month (tax-free). Schedule: 8-hour daily shift. Location: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Job Objective: To direct, operate, and command the vessel safely and efficiently, ensuring the protection of crew, passengers, and cargo while fully complying with current maritime regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Maneuver the vessel (49 feet) during navigation, docking, and undocking. Safety: Enforce safety, rescue, and environmental protection protocols. Maintenance: Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance and supervise the vessel’s operational status. Administration: Oversee fuel and provisions supply; manage procurement of marine spare parts and equipment. Leadership: Supervise and assign duties to crew members, and legally represent the vessel before maritime authorities. Candidate Profile: Education: Nautical or maritime training appropriate for this type of vessel. Mandatory Certifications: Captain’s License and Certificate (issued by SEMAR / Port Captaincy) and valid Seaman’s Book (required).
