DE C.V. in Saltillo - Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza** In the assigned area of responsibility, as a first-line field maintenance technician, you will perform basic installations and minor repairs for all Diebold Nixdorf products and services, including maintenance of retail point-of-sale equipment, ATMs and banking systems, as well as related computers and peripherals. Main Responsibilities * Perform minor repairs on ATMs (e.g., replacing bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.). * Carry out basic installation tasks (e.g., pulling cables, mounting devices, or installing Mas-Hamilton locks). * Perform technical adjustments such as clearing paper, card, or banknote jams, etc. * Follow combination, key, and alarm control procedures within the assigned area of responsibility. * Maintain good communication with members of the maintenance technical team, business team, and management. Required Qualifications * Experience NOT required * Maximum of 2 years since graduation from a technical or professional program in electronics, mechatronics, electromechanics, systems, or related field. * Ability to use basic hand tools and limited parts. * Basic knowledge of computer systems, computer peripherals, and network connectivity. * Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand most of the day, climb, and bend while working on equipment. * Willingness to be exposed to outdoor elements. * Excellent customer service skills are required. * Pass drug tests, background checks, and driving history checks when necessary. Desired Qualifications * Experience in mechatronic, electronic, electromechanical installations or repairs of systems or related fields. * Previous experience as a field technician.
