At AXA, we aim to BE the partner that empowers our insured customers, colleagues, and partners to achieve their goals, develop together, and fulfill our mission of better protecting more Mexicans. **Position Objective:** Achieve and maintain monthly regional sales targets by managing the sales force through coaching and support in closing deals; promote company products via sales strategies and follow-up on key accounts in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ongoing management of commercial agents (sales force). * Acquisition of new business. * Support in commercial presentations and sales closing. * Analysis of quotations and value proposition delivery. * Follow-up on account renewals. * Promotion of commercial campaigns. * Product training. * Serve as liaison between the sales force, process areas, and product areas. * Meet assigned sales budget. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, or related fields (degree completion preferred). * Language: Intermediate English (not mandatory). * Type and Duration of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance companies and commercial management. * Knowledge: Insurance and/or financial sector, with focus on multiline insurance (GMM, auto, property & casualty, life). * Tools: Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel proficiency preferred (PivotTables, macros, cross-referencing, and report interpretation). * Experience in objective-based management. **Competencies:** Business Knowledge, Self-Development, Agile Mindset. **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
