Job Summary: As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of buildings for facilities, campuses, or portfolios of small- to medium-sized buildings. It ranks #1 in most major business centers worldwide. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of buildings for facilities, campuses, or portfolios of small- to medium-sized buildings (Hard \& Soft Services). **What You'll Do:** Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members. Schedule and manage the team’s daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, collaborating with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. Conduct facility quality control inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Recommend operational improvements, repairs, and enhancement opportunities. Oversee vendor relationships and billing procedures. Review quotations for parts, services, and labor related to projects. Deliver training on maintenance and repair processes, procedures, and safety best practices. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and others. Other duties may be assigned. **What You'll Need:** Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. Intermediate English proficiency. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills, along with knowledge of finance and safety. Why CBRE?
