Baidón Insurance and Surety Agent, we seek to integrate into our team an analytical, organized, and prevention-oriented individual passionate about delivering value to clients through engineering and risk prevention strategies. **Job Objective** Contribute to the analysis, control, and reduction of claims frequency in auto and property insurance lines by providing strategic support in engineering and risk prevention activities to strengthen customer protection and service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Statistical and claims data analysis. * Preparation of risk reports and indicators. * Monitoring of prevention programs. * Support in inspections and technical documentation. * Customer and insurer assistance and follow-up. * Administrative coordination and information management. **Professional Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering in a related field. * Prior experience in insurance, risk analysis, prevention, or administrative/technical areas is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. * Organized, analytical, proactive, and service-oriented individual. * Strong communication and follow-up skills. **Other Requirements:** * Executive appearance, positive attitude, willingness to travel * **Ability to drive (valid CHOFER driver’s license required)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Savings fund * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Willingness to travel: * 50% (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
