Job Summary: Ensure equipment operation by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and implementing improvements to electrical and electromechanical systems. Key Highlights: 1. Executes projects for continuous improvement in the maintenance area **THE IIDEA COMPANY** Produces Tequila and agave syrup. **POSITION:** **ELECTROMECÁNICO A** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure proper operation of assigned equipment; responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance; complete assigned control and monitoring forms accurately; and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform improvements, adaptations, and expansions to electrical and electromechanical systems · Install electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam piping · Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, and peristaltic), including fault identification and replacement of defective parts, as well as pump and motor alignment · Improve and perform refurbishments on equipment · Perform electric and argon welding, and operate plasma cutting equipment · Execute assigned projects from Maintenance Management for continuous improvement, adhering to approved drawings and instructions **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical degree in Electromechanics or related field · Experience operating measurement equipment, welding, sheet metal work, and high-power and control electrical installations · Experience maintaining industrial equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic transmissions · Knowledge of electric welding, argon welding, and plasma cutting · Availability to rotate across three shifts (rotation occurs weekly) **WE OFFER** · Weekly pay · Punctuality bonus · Attendance bonus · Grocery vouchers · Subsidized cafeteria · Complimentary uniforms · Savings fund (optional) · Savings plan · Life insurance · Statutory benefits · Productivity bonus Salary: $16,900\.00 \- $20,300\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
