Job Summary: Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer with experience in electrical design and maintenance, specializing in protection systems for substations. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical design and maintenance in high- and medium-voltage substations 2. Developing design strategies for safe electrical protection 3. Conducting comprehensive on-site testing of relays and equipment Company dedicated to providing electrical installation and maintenance services, control panel assembly, and maintenance of electrical substations **Requirements:** * Education: **Electrical and/or Electromechanical Engineering Degree** * Experience: **3 to 5 years** * **Knowledge of configuration and design of protection systems for high- and medium-voltage substations** * **Residence in Toluca, San Mateo Atenco, or surrounding areas** * Availability to **travel: 80% field work, 20% office work** * Valid driver's license **Job Objectives**: Establish the technical foundation and design strategy for a safe and reliable electrical protection system by analyzing the power network, identifying topology and equipment, and defining the appropriate strategy for each system. **Responsibilities:** * Design specific protection schemes for each application * Calculate and set relay operating parameters to ensure selective and rapid response to faults * Perform comprehensive on-site testing of relays and equipment before and after installation (Factory Acceptance Tests – FAT; Site Acceptance Tests – SAT) **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Responsibility * Results-oriented mindset * Problem-solving skills * Service-oriented attitude **We offer competitive salary based on experience \+ per diems \+ statutory benefits** Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term employment contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
