Colegio Edgar Morin is seeking a committed and enthusiastic English teacher to deliver English instruction within our bicultural educational framework. The position requires teaching 15 hours per week, focusing on enhancing high school students’ grammar, extended vocabulary, reading comprehension, and oral production skills, as well as rigorously guiding them in preparing for international English language assessments. * Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Literature, Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or related fields. * Advanced international English proficiency certification (C1/C2 from Cambridge, TOEFL iBT). * Demonstrable experience teaching in bilingual high school or preparatory programs. * Mastery of international certification processes and methodologies aligned with each level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), especially Cambridge certifications such as FCE/CAE and TOEFL, recognizing their strategic importance for the institution’s bicultural graduate profile. * Active participation in departmental collaborative work (developing structured lesson plans in English, designing examinations and assessment instruments, providing continuous academic monitoring of students, and managing the virtual learning environment). * Experience using digital educational platforms such as Canvas and Google Workspace tools.
