We have an exciting opportunity for you as a **Control Tower Operations Specialist**, located in **CDMX**. **What will be your primary objective in this role?** Coordinate air shipments from supplier contact through to delivery at the import/export port, while timely informing customers of the status of each shipment. **What will you do in this role?** * Primary contact for key customers: receive and act upon information promptly and accurately. * Receive daily shipment instructions from customers for processing. * Contact customer’s suppliers to verify material availability. * Proceed with booking to schedule pickup. * Contact origin stations for support in processing the shipment booking. * Track shipments with origin offices and keep customers informed until materials are delivered at the destination port. * Understand customer service commitments: service level agreements (SLAs), SOPs, and work instructions. * Prepare performance reports: understand the “what” and “why” behind results and identify improvements. * Monitor shipments as required: to provide clear, proactive communication to stakeholders. * Manage issues and exceptions: handle escalations promptly and accurately. * Identify and implement corrective actions: ensuring changes are documented and communicated. * Support large-scale process improvement implementation: contributing knowledge and resources as needed. * Generate content for client business reviews: directly supporting reviews when necessary. * Update DGF and non-DGF systems: when required for specific customer solutions. **What can you bring to this role?** * Knowledge of air export and import processes. * Understanding of the Freight Forwarding business. * Knowledge of customs regulations. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. * Advanced English. * Advanced Excel. **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to work for an international company in a multicultural environment.
