Position Summary: Ensure legal and operational compliance of contracts, support departments, and generate marketing reports to increase prospecting. Key Highlights: 1. Audit contracts and manage opportunities in OMS **Position Mission** --------------------- Ensure that contracts comply with all existing legal and operational requirements, as well as provide administrative support to Business Units (UNs). Total For recording sales in the system (OMS) Collection of down payments and contract costs Total Process sales Contract auditing Total Ensure that information entered into the system is correct (general data, inventory, selling price, FDI, usage year, first payment date, financing, contract signatures, etc.) Generate arrival reports across different channels and occupancy forecasts to provide information to Marketing and SUN Total Arrival report and forecast Maintain opportunities in OMS, ensuring proper assignment of campaigns and opportunities Total Opportunity closure in OMS Send marketing packages (Merca) to the Marketing department (Area Leader) for follow-up Total Monthly report Opportunity capture in OMS Total Enter accurate information into the system.
