Responsibilities: Participate in the identification of hazards and the assessment of risks and opportunities related to your area: Quality, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Protection (EP), and Anti-Bribery (AB). Identify and select suppliers based on the diversity of products they offer (e.g., price, quality, service, and compliance). Conduct supplier performance evaluations. Maintain up-to-date control of the supplier catalog. Prepare comparative tables to determine the optimal procurement option. Track and manage user purchase requisitions and purchase orders until material delivery. Perform controlled receipt of products delivered by suppliers. Return non-conforming products to suppliers and maintain records of Non-Conforming Products (NCPs). Notify the Accounting and Finance department of invoices pending payment for each supplier. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding material receipt and payment.
