Job Summary: Field Collection Executive responsible for managing portfolio recovery, negotiating with customers, and planning efficient collection routes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages a self-directed customer portfolio and makes independent decisions. FIELD COLLECTION EXECUTIVE **Base Location:** Zumpango (residency in this city is mandatory) **Challenges in this role:** * **Support healthy company finances** and **reintegrate customers into the active portfolio**, enabling them to apply for additional loans. * **Conduct field collections** on assigned accounts to meet recovery targets. * **Complete the required number of home visits**, as well as assigned productivity goals, to align with current recovery policies. * **Negotiate with customers**, offering flexible payment alternatives to secure solid agreements that benefit both the customer and the monthly recovery target. * **Plan daily collection routes** to optimize resources and support provided. **If you are someone who:** * Works well in teams * Enjoys maintaining a fast-paced work rhythm to achieve challenging results. * Likes interacting with customers courteously and negotiating win-win solutions. * Balances time effectively and organizes tasks easily. * Prefers self-directed management of their customer portfolio (independent decision-making). * Likes completing tasks they start. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer portfolio management, and fieldwork. * Owns a vehicle or motorcycle in good working condition. * ***Has flexible availability***; familiar with the geographic area and its surroundings. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary + bi-weekly commissions (average MXN 10,000) * Grocery vouchers, issued monthly and redeemable at over 550,000 establishments nationwide. * Life insurance * Vacation days: at least 12 days per year, or pro-rated based on your start date, to enjoy with friends and family. * Vacation bonus: exceeds the amount mandated by Mexico’s Federal Labor Law. * Savings fund: your contributions (50%) and the company’s contributions (50%) are tax-free. **Upon joining our team and demonstrating strong performance, you’ll also receive:** * Gasoline allowance: MXN 2,300 * Vehicle/motorcycle maintenance allowance: MXN 1,525 * Excellent work environment * Internal growth opportunities **We invite you to apply!**
