Position Summary: Supervise the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of raw materials, manage inventory, and coordinate warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise logistical operations for raw materials and supplies 2. Manage incoming and outgoing goods and monitor inventory 3. Coordinate and train warehouse staff A prominent raw material distribution company serving the baking industry, located in Torreón, Coahuila. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Operations and Logistics * Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and supplies. * Verify that received raw materials meet quality and food safety specifications. * Coordinate material distribution to production lines or branches according to requirements. * Schedule and track delivery and pickup routes. * Ensure proper product placement and stacking within the warehouse. Inventory Control * Manage material receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns. * Monitor maximum, minimum, and reorder point levels. * Identify and report inventory discrepancies. Staff Supervision * Coordinate activities of warehouse staff and forklift operators. * Assign tasks and track daily objective achievement. * Train staff on operational procedures, safety, and food safety. * Evaluate performance and promote teamwork.
