PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek field-based commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll credit placement. This role is for profiles who lead from execution, accompany their teams in the field, and turn objectives into results. Responsibilities Lead and execute payroll credit placement in the assigned area. Direct, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. Drive client acquisition, deal closure, and placement growth. Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. Monitor performance indicators focused on results. Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements Mandatory experience in payroll and/or direct-debit credits. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). Demonstrated leadership of field sales teams. 100% commercial profile, goal-oriented. Availability to work 80% in the field. Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
