Job Summary: We are seeking a billing and customer service professional with experience in the chemical sector to ensure order tracking, invoicing, and material delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset **IMPORTANT: A CHEMICAL INDUSTRY COMPANY REQUIRES YOUR EXPERIENCE IN BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.** Your role will be to achieve and ensure order tracking and client invoicing to guarantee timely and proper material delivery, as well as to generate and deliver the necessary documentation for cargo transportation to the relevant department. * Customer order entry into the system * Preparation of customer delivery notes * Invoice preparation * Preparation of transport letters (carta porte) * Daily information board updates at end-of-day * Archiving of information, payments, and invoices * Familiarity with electronic billing systems * Experience using a digital ERP. **FULL PROFICIENCY IN COMPAQI BILLING IS MANDATORY** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of high-volume electronic invoicing and transport letters (Invoice 4.0) * Leadership capability * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and situations * Focus on delivery and achievement of results * Internal and external customer service * **PROVEN EXPERIENCE BILLING CLIENTS IN INDUSTRIAL SECTORS.
