Our priority is to offer drinks that uphold the quality standard of our seafood cuisine. Job Responsibilities: * **Service & Preparation:** Preparing cocktails, beverages, and providing bar service in accordance with standardized recipes. * **Guest Service:** Delivering efficient and friendly service to customers dining directly at the bar. * **Supply Management:** Daily inventory control, stock requisition, and ensuring optimal utilization of supplies. * **Maintaining Standards:** Keeping the work area clean, organized, and hygienic (Mise en place) per health regulations. Required Profile: * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles within the restaurant industry. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in foundational mixology, glassware handling, and preparation of specialty beverages (e.g., Clamatos, citrus-based mixology, etc.). * **Skills:** Ability to work efficiently during peak hours, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. * **Attitude:** Punctuality, honesty, and strong teamwork orientation.
