Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Barista with cashier duties and SoftRestaurant system proficiency to prepare high-quality beverages, maintain the work area, and comply with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of high-quality beverages quickly. 2. Maintenance and organization of the work area. 3. Creation and recommendation of specialty beverages. Barista with cashier experience and SoftRestaurant system proficiency. * Prepare ordered beverages with the highest possible quality and speed. * Clean the work area immediately after completing each task. * Comply with all company processes and policies. * Continuously replenish raw materials in stock. * Verify that your station is fully equipped. * Keep the work area orderly. * Recommend and create specialty or seasonal beverages. * Inspect tools and equipment for proper condition and cleanliness before and after use. * Keep the bar counter, display cases, and coffee machine clean, and follow safety and hygiene standards for the area. * Serve customer orders (all types of beverages). * Receive orders. * Prepare beverages according to standard recipes. * Fulfill orders based on available product stock. * Provide table service and bar service as required. * Suggest fast-turnover beverages to promote product rotation. * This job description is illustrative, not exhaustive.
