Job Summary: RADIAL LLANTAS is seeking an Auxiliary Fleet Assistant to perform tire maintenance, marking, inspection, and renovation tasks, supporting fleet operations and ensuring tire longevity. DE C.V. — A tire industry expert with over 52 years in the market. **FLEET ASSISTANT** ***RADIAL LLANTAS BRANCH*** Av. Dr. Gustavo Baz 232, Hacienda de Echegaray, 53300 Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx. Main Responsibilities: Maintenance: Mounting, dismounting, rotating, and inflating tires to correct pressure. Marking: Engraving economic identification numbers onto tires using a soldering iron. Inspection (Traffic Light System): Detailed review and reporting of tire condition (brand, size, wear level, and pressure), including recommended actions. Renovation: Inspection and collection of discarded tires that may still be eligible for retreading. Requirements: \- Education: High school diploma / Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field \- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience / recent graduates welcome \- Proficient computer skills \- Ability to work effectively in a team \- Candidates must be eager to learn and join our team to carry out the above responsibilities.
