Career growth and an excellent working environment A 100% Mexican company, leader in the parcel industry, is looking for you — join our great team as: ***"*** **SERVICE AGENT*****"*** ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor's degree. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in customer follow-up. * Administrative, sales, and marketing skills. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Ability to work under pressure. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 25 to 40 years. ***Responsibilities:*** * Commercial follow-up of your customer portfolio (including pickup scheduling, deliveries, deviations, shipment volume measurement, and status tracking). * Submission of Commercial Department reports according to the established schedule. * Quotations for external and internal customers. * Reporting to Credit and Collections. * Presentation of monthly and quarterly KPIs to TOP customers within your portfolio. * Rate negotiation based on volumes agreed upon in policies. * Measurement of billing volumes. * Follow-up on clarifications. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month, take-home pay. * Commissions for sales growth. * Statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Training. * Career growth. * Birthday bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria
