(Departmental document management) * Develop and monitor performance indicators. (Indicators and/or reports) * Analyze information to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements. * Coordinate activities with internal departments to ensure timely delivery. * Prepare presentations and communications * Address and follow up on client requests. * Assist with operational tasks within the department. **What are we looking for?** * Active students from the 4th semester/quarter onward. * Majors: Marketing, International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering. * Availability for morning shifts (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). **Technical knowledge** * Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables and basic formulas) **Key skills** * Communication * Organization * Teamwork * Verbal fluency Interested in joining our team?
