Requirements * Bachelor's degree or final-semester student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. (Full-time availability is mandatory) * Excellent numerical skills. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in asset control, logistics, or operational auditing. * Knowledge of the 5S methodology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel at 80% capacity. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities * Verify proper completion of vehicle checklists. * Conduct satellite-based tracking of transit times and unloading. * Manage documentation for delivery and administrative vehicles. * Monitor compliance and expiration dates of fleet-related legal documents. * Calculate fuel efficiency per vehicle (km/L or equivalent). * Analyze deviations from expected fuel efficiency per vehicle. * Compare internal expense records against Edenred platform data.
