You will be responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and tracking sales information generated in our beauty salons and comparing it with the records from the retail store where we operate. Main Responsibilities: * Daily reconciliation of sales between salon system and retail store * Review and analysis of discrepancies or inconsistencies in cash reports and sales reports * Preparation of administrative and control reports * Follow-up on incidents related to collections, receipts, and sales records * Internal expense control * Communication with salon and retail teams for clarifications and follow-up Profile: * Highly organized and analytical individual * Excellent attention to detail * Proficiency in working with numbers and databases * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies * Timely follow-up and sense of urgency Requirements: * Experience in reconciliations, administrative control, or sales analysis * Retail, cashier, auditing, or administrative experience preferred * Completed high school diploma or related bachelor’s degree We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Excellent work environment Salary: Starting at $9,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Mexico City
