Therefore, we seek committed, honest employees eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST (Due to temporary vacancy)** Monitor matters related to the Compensation and Litigation Management Department, optimizing time and resources through control of organizational structures and payments to labor correspondents. **Required Profile:** * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration * Fields of Knowledge: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and monitor invoices, powers of attorney, certified copies, and other expenses from external suppliers. * Onboard and manage suppliers in accordance with internal policies. * Conduct monthly budget tracking for the department, comparing actual expenditures against figures reported by Finance and promptly reporting deviations to enable adjustments. * Keep organizational charts up to date, ensuring reporting lines and authorized vacancies are accurate. * Update job descriptions to accurately reflect functions, responsibilities, and required profiles for each role. **Theoretical-Technical Knowledge:** * Accounting * Finance * Economics **Skills:** * Financial analysis * Compensation management * Proactive * Methodical * Strategic Benefits * Gross monthly salary: $18,000 GROSS * Work location: Santa Fe * Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid work model.
