Position: Accounting Assistant Work Location: Lindavista Vallejo, CDMX (5 minutes from Politécnico metro station and/or Metrobús Poniente 146\) Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (2 Saturdays off per month and 2 Saturdays in the office) Contact us: 55 3271 5705 Job Objective: **Analyze, verify, and timely record financial transactions** of business units, aiming to provide reliable and up-to-date information to facilitate **strategic decision-making**, and contribute to safeguarding the company’s **economic interests**. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in general accounting * General accounting, Microsoft Office proficiency, pivot tables, accounting formulas * SAP (preferred) or any ERP system Main Responsibilities: * Comply with current documented policies and procedures. * Generate supporting records for accounting-related activities. * Prepare expense reports for accounts payable and financial analyses. * Review expense documentation, records, and accounting expense reconciliations. * Archive documents from business units.
