Description
Accountant for a company. Main responsibilities:
* Tax-related duties: Manage tax obligations for legal entities (SA).
* Administrative duties: Invoicing, accounts receivable, customer management, credit notes, payment complements, accounts receivable reconciliation, and all other functions related to the proper administration of a business.
* Inventory management: Maintain perpetual physical inventory control in the warehouse and handle all matters related to inventory numbering and all associated functions necessary for proper inventory management.
* Imports: New customs law—thorough review of import documents to prevent customs delays, M.V.E., certifications. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight carriers, stevedores, and other parties involved in the operation to ensure goods are correctly received into our warehouse, along with all functions related to proper importation of goods.
* Customers: Invoice orders, track shipments, liaise with transit agents until order delivery is completed, and perform other activities to ensure proper customer service.
* Major customers: Invoice with addenda, download electronic purchase orders, track clarifications, payments, pricing, delivery appointments, document printing support, and special procedures required for proper supply chain management as suppliers to enterprises with sophisticated processes. Coordinate with personnel involved in shipping logistics.
* Generally support the company’s daily operations in coordination with all departments, demonstrating a service-oriented attitude and problem-solving capability.
* Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $15,000.00 - $22,995.82 per month
