Summary: As Quality Manager, you will maintain and control the plant's quality testing and reporting system and provide direction to QC's. Highlights: 1. Lead quality testing and reporting system development and maintenance. 2. Manage specification, test methods, and instruction processes. 3. Ensure quality records are maintained and provide direction to QC's. While reporting to the Senior Manager Division Quality as the Quality Manager\- Plant you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant’s quality testing and reporting system within the Queretaro plant. **What you’ll be doing:** * Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system. * Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes. * Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced. * Ensure quality records are maintained. * Provide direction to the QC’s in attaining and maintain plant quality. * Responsible for managing the plant’s food product safety team.
