Coordinate, monitor, and optimize transportation routes and operations for the collection and transfer of organic and special-handling waste, ensuring compliance with service timeframes, environmental regulations, operational safety, and logistical cost efficiency.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Plan and schedule waste collection and transportation routes.
* Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS and tracking systems.
* Track service execution and delivery/collection time adherence.
* Coordinate drivers and vehicles to ensure operational continuity.
* Optimize routes to reduce time, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
* Generate daily operation, incident, and productivity reports.
* Manage transportation documentation and ensure compliance with environmental and mobility regulations.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance with the relevant department.
* Address on-route incidents, delays, contingencies, and rescheduling.
* Verify compliance with safety protocols and proper waste handling procedures.
* Maintain constant communication with customers, drivers, and operational departments.
* Analyze logistics KPIs and propose operational improvements.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
