Job Description:
**Department:** Quality / Management System
**Job Objective:**
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Management System, ensuring documentation control and compliance, tracking of regulatory changes, execution of internal audits, staff training, and timely closure of corrective actions—thereby guaranteeing compliance with internal, regulatory, and certification requirements of the plant.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Manage and track **requests for document changes, additions, and deletions** within the Management System, ensuring a **minimum annual compliance rate of 90%**.
* Ensure **review and updating of changes to applicable standards for the plant**, guaranteeing **100% annual compliance**.
* Coordinate and verify **completion of scheduled courses and training sessions** related to the Management System (**100% annual compliance**).
* Plan, execute, and track the **annual internal audit plan**, ensuring **full compliance (100% annually)**.
* Track the **corrective action matrix**, ensuring **timely closure and 100% annual compliance**.
**Minimum Requirements**
* **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in activities related to Management Systems, document control, or internal audits (preferred).
* **Knowledge:**
* Basic knowledge of **Management Systems** (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar).
* Document **control and administration**.
* Tracking of **corrective and preventive actions**.
* Basic understanding of **internal audits**.
