Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer to ensure product and manufacturing process quality by implementing and maintaining quality systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in metal-mechanical processes such as stamping and electrostatic painting. 2. Knowledge of NOM ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, CORE TOOLS, and 8D. 3. Hiring: **Process Quality Engineer** Work Location: Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed engineering degree * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in metal-mechanical processes (stamping, punching, bending, riveting, electrostatic painting) * Supervision experience over unionized personnel. * Knowledge of statistical process control techniques, blueprint interpretation, measurement tools handling, and advanced Office software usage. * Familiarity with NOM ISO 9001 and IATF 16949\. * Proficiency in PPAP, CORE TOOLS, and 8D. * Intermediate English **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure product quality by meeting specifications through validation and verification of agreed-upon manufacturing process flows with the customer, implementing, documenting, and maintaining quality processes according to quality management systems to achieve company objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Develop Flow Diagrams, FMEAs, and Control Plans during new product introduction. * Request and review Raw Material Technical Data Sheets. * Initiate material receipt, production, or shipment holds if customer-specified requirements are not met. * Verify and validate that quality technicians and/or inspectors correctly perform incoming inspections. * Conduct process audits. * Participate in customer and supplier audits. * Participate in Management System audits. * Report audit findings to auditees to implement corrective actions. * Validate and verify effectiveness of corrective actions arising from process audit findings and close out findings. * Complete Startup/Process Quality Inspection forms for each part number per customer specifications. * Issue Quality Conformance Certificates when required. * Participate in new product introduction. * Conduct audits across all plant production processes. * Control non-conforming raw materials, sub-products, or finished goods. * Follow up on customer complaints until resolved via 8D or action plans. * Train and develop quality inspectors per the training plan. * Support other departments in quality-related training and development of team members. * Support processes to eliminate defects at the source. “Consistent with our diversity and inclusion policy, we guarantee that our Talent Attraction process is free from discrimination; therefore, factors such as biological sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnic origin, nationality, age, marital status, social condition, religious beliefs, political doctrine, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law will not adversely affect your career progression with us.
