Results-oriented and responsible. **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other related activities for various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit. * Follow applicable procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Leave storage locations organized and clean. * Participate in company-required activities and programs. * Contribute to personal and company safety. **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable). * 6 months to 1 year of experience in line work and cleanrooms (desirable). **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
