If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process Engineering Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, **Process Engineering Manager** is responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems. * Establish and improve process capabilities. * Develop and maintain process documentation. * Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations. * Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. * Improve throughput in constrained areas. * Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas. * Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. * Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas. * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. * Advanced English. * Previous experience in similar roles (Electronics Industry). * Extensive experience in high\-volume mechanical assembly manufacturing. **Proven capability in:** * Manufacturing flow design and optimization * Line layout and scalable production system design * Bottleneck identification and throughput optimization **Strong experience in:** * Installed capacity definition, validation, and risk assessment * Capacity modeling aligned to demand scenarios (ramp\-up, steady state, surge) * Scalable line design (modular capacity, replication strategy, automation readiness) **Advanced knowledge of:** * Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies * Value Stream Mapping (VSM) * SPC (Statistical Process Control) * Process capability metrics (Cp, Cpk) **Strong execution of:** * Root Cause Analysis (RCA) * 8D problem solving **Preferably experienced in:** * Rack manufacturing / electro\-mechanical assemblies * Data center hardware or similar high\-complexity products **Understanding of:** * Mechanical integration and assembly tolerances * Quality expectations for critical infrastructure equipment **Experience managing:** * High\-volume, physically demanding production environments * Aggressive ramp timelines and production scaling **Strong understanding of:** * Productivity KPIs (UPH, OEE, cycle time, takt time) * Cost drivers and operational efficiency **Strong knowledge of:** * Industrial safety practices integrated into process design and execution * Risk assessment and mitigation in manufacturing environments **Experience with:** * Waste management systems and reduction strategies * Sustainable manufacturing practices * Proven ability to embed a proactive safety culture into daily operations and engineering decisions * Strong leadership with proven ability to build and scale high\-performing teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (technical and executive level). * High influence across cross\-functional teams. * Problem Solving \& Decision Making * Strong analytical and critical thinking. * Advanced use of structured methodologies: * RCA, 8D, data\-driven problem solving * Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and ambiguity. * Change management * Timeline and milestone control * Budget and cost awareness * High ownership and accountability for results. * Ability to connect engineering decisions with business impact. * Strong end\-to\-end systems thinking (process, capacity, cost, quality). * Innovation * Operational excellence * Strong resilience during production ramps and operational challenges. * Strong interpersonal skills and team engagement. * Effective conflict resolution and alignment capability. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
