Operations Coordinator

**A\&T Group**, a quality assurance services company, is seeking an **Operations Coordinator** to ensure the proper execution of operational services, customer service, and project tracking within the plant. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, quality, or projects within the automotive/manufacturing industry, including personnel management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality tools, and performance indicator analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible working hours. * Experience in customer service and supervision of operational staff. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the proper execution of operational services. * Coordinate project kick-offs and closures. * Monitor operational KPIs and action plans. * Address and track customer requests. * Supervise operational staff and ensure process compliance. * Manage incidents, analyze problems, and implement corrective actions. * Validate reports, audits, and compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate logistics for personnel and monitor operational routes. * Prepare reports and perform administrative follow-up in ERP systems.
