Job Summary: Miraglobal is seeking an analytical and structured Process Engineer to strengthen and optimize operational processes into digital ones using Odoo, by designing, implementing, and documenting solutions. Generate strategic reports and present results to management. **Miraglobal**, a business process outsourcing company, seeks a **Process Engineer** to help us strengthen and optimize our operational processes into digital ones through the **Odoo (ERP, CRM, E\-Commerce \& Accounting)** system. We aim to welcome an analytical, structured, and continuous-improvement-oriented professional to our team. * **Job Objective** Design, optimize, and document digital processes within the Odoo platform, ensuring correct implementation through manuals, step-by-step guides, and training tools that standardize our operations. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement new digital processes in the Odoo system. * Improve existing processes to enhance operational efficiency across all company departments. * Develop detailed manuals, flowcharts, and instructional guides for process documentation. * Coordinate, monitor, and track projects from planning through execution. * Analyze operational data to propose improvements and generate strategic reports. * Present reports and results to management. **Minimum Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Engineering, or related degree. * Proven experience with **Odoo versions 17, 18, or 19**. * Knowledge of **flowchart creation**. * Experience in project development and implementation. * Ability to generate, interpret, and present metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word; **Intermediate Excel**. * Knowledge of **HTML and Python**. * Preferred knowledge of the GitHub repository. * Ability to work collaboratively, propose ideas, and share information clearly. **What We Value:** * Integrity and teamwork. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Commitment to team and company goals. **Location:** On-site, CDMX. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Salary:** $18,000\-22,000 MXN per month. Employment Type: Fixed-term or project-based contract. Contract Duration: 12 months. Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $220,000\.00 MXN per month.
