Position Summary: Sanmina seeks a Process Engineer with experience in electronic manufacturing to optimize production and resolve yield issues. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pallet development and stencil strategy. 2. Knowledge of SMT, selective soldering, waive solder, and cycle time simulation. 3. Process Engineer 3–5 years of experience Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering or related field Advanced English Computer Systems: Microsoft Office SolidWorks (Desirable) GC Preview AutoCAD (Desirable) Knowledge of developing all types of pallets (SMT\-Router\-Conformal\-RTV). Experience in stencil development strategy. In-depth knowledge of SMT oven, selective soldering, waive solder, conformal coating, RTV, and cycle time simulation. Experience as a process engineer on the production floor (resolving and improving yield\-efficiency issues). Identify optimal packing strategy per product specifications. Strong knowledge of capacity analysis, process balancing, bottleneck identification, and takt time. Ability to calculate consumable costs ($ ) according to product specifications—including conformal coating, solder paste, ADHESIVE, UNDERFILL, and LOCTITE.
