What We’re Looking for in You * Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * Required Knowledge: Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems – Advanced Microsoft Office – Advanced BMC Remedy / CA Service Desk / Ivanti – Advanced Active Directory – Basic Remote Access Tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Zoho Desk) – Intermediate Horizon, SharePoint, PowerApps, Adobe, Zoho CRM – Intermediate Antivirus (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall) – Intermediate Ticketing and Tracking Systems – Advanced Desirable: ITIL v4 and Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
