A prominent company in the construction and precast concrete industry is seeking: **Fuel Supervisor** ---------------------------- Location: Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León Salary: $22,000 to $24,000 per month, depending on experience **Job Objective** Organize, control, and supervise diesel consumption at the self-consumption station, ensuring efficient control of consumption, costs, and performance per unit, as well as proper operation of equipment and systems related to fuel supply. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise fuel receipt and refueling of vehicles and machinery * Monitor consumption and performance per unit, operator, and company * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly consumption and mileage reports * Verify fuel levels in tanks and vehicles * Supervise correct use of TAGs and control cards * Manage fuel orders and purchase requisitions * Monitor operation of the self-consumption system and associated equipment * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance * Identify and report anomalies, deviations, or irregularities * Maintain administrative and operational control of the fuel station **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field * 3–6 years of experience in fuel control, performance tracking, and consumption monitoring * Experience with vehicle fleets, heavy machinery, or transportation * Knowledge of inventory control and performance analysis * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with ERP systems, NEODATA, Action Net, or similar systems * Familiarity with hardware and software for fuel control **Competencies** * High sense of responsibility and integrity * Analytical ability * Administrative organization and control * Effective communication * Problem tracking and resolution * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** Salary: $22,000 to $24,000 per month, assigned according to experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development within the company Working Hours * Monday to Friday and Saturday morning If you have experience in fuel control, fleet management, and performance monitoring, apply through this channel!
