If you are motivated to work in a dynamic, challenging environment with high standards of quality and safety, we would love to meet you! **What will be your purpose in this role?** ---------------------------------------- Track the press and assembly production schedule, ensuring timely material supply, monitoring deviations, and taking preventive action to avoid line stoppages or impacts on customers. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Track critical materials with coverage of less than 48 hours (including rework). * Monitor daily production schedule adherence. * Capture and update information in production systems. * Prepare critical materials reports at shift close. * Conduct walkthroughs in the production area. * Track model changes and escalation of stoppage risks. * Perform counts of critical materials. * Actively collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Assembly. * Comply with **Safety, Quality, and Environmental (ISO 14001\)** and **CTPAT** guidelines. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality culture programs. **Desired Knowledge** --------------------------- * Proficiency in **MRP** * Experience with **Kanban** systems * Knowledge of warehouses, receiving processes, and material flow * Basic English * Proficiency in **Office** (Intermediate Excel preferred) * Experience in environments with automotive quality standards (IATF, internal/external audits) **Essential Requirements** ----------------------------- * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–6 years in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge and experience in: + Production planning and control + Inventory control + Press and assembly processes * Availability to work onsite and conduct operational walkthroughs. * Ability to make operational decisions, prioritize critical materials, and halt processes when necessary. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Safe, collaborative, and respectful work environment. * Technical and career development opportunities. * Culture focused on excellence, quality, and employee well-being. **Location:** Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila**Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
