Analysis and Reporting*** Generate executive reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs). * Analyze risks, impacts, and trends related to costs, schedules, and scope. * Provide clear and reliable information to support leadership decisions. **3\. Governance and Compliance*** Ensure projects comply with internal policies, financial regulations, and CMPM process guidelines. * Document changes, updates, and supporting materials related to project control. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to project finances and management expenses. **4\. Project Management Support*** Collaborate with Project Managers to track the financial plan according to schedule, procurement, payments, and deliverables. * Support contract management, procurement, and document control. * Verify that resources are allocated per the approved plan. **5\.
